Bought in the iPhone app. Apple bills it. To cancel or change it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Pro isn't showing on your iPhone. Sign in to the BettorIQ account you subscribed with, then open Settings in BettorIQ and tap Restore Purchases.

Bought on our website. On bettoriq.app, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription to update your card or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Joined through Whop. Whop bills your membership. Manage or cancel it at whop.com/orders.

• Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
• Delete your account. In Settings, under Account, tap Delete account. It deletes your account and the information tied to it, and cancels a website subscription. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your iPhone's Settings first.
• Signed in with Apple? To disconnect BettorIQ from your Apple ID, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple.

The Analyst answers questions about games, players and props using Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. It asks your permission before your first question is sent, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings, under Privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent.

BettorIQ doesn't take bets. The bet slip sends your picks to DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM or Caesars, where you place the bet with your own account. Lines move, so check the price at the sportsbook before you bet. If a pick doesn't appear there, the sportsbook may have moved or pulled that line.
