Terms of Use

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must follow the laws where you live, including the laws on sports betting. Sports betting isn't legal everywhere. It's up to you to bet only where it's legal, only with licensed sportsbooks, and only if you're old enough to bet there.
• BettorIQ is intended for people in the United States.
• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

BettorIQ is sports betting research: model projections and grades, odds from sportsbooks, player and team stats, trends, and tools to track your bets.

• We're not a sportsbook. We don't take bets, hold money or pay winnings. When you send a bet slip to a sportsbook, any bet you place is between you and that sportsbook, under its terms.
• Information, not advice. Projections, grades and plays are estimates, and they can be wrong. Odds and stats come from other companies and can be late or wrong, so check the line at the sportsbook before you bet. Past results don't guarantee future results, and nothing on BettorIQ guarantees a profit. It isn't financial, legal or professional advice.
• Features change. We may add, change or remove features, and what's included in Free and Pro may change.

Betting involves real financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Set limits and keep to them; most sportsbooks let you set deposit limits or take a break.

BettorIQ has a free account and a paid subscription, Pro. The price, and any free trial, is shown before you subscribe.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app. These are sold by Apple through the App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel it in the Settings app on your iPhone: your name, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, Apple shows its length before you subscribe, and you're charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we can't issue them.
• Deleting your BettorIQ account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription.

Subscriptions bought on our website. These are billed by Stripe:

• Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically each month until you cancel. If you're eligible, a new subscription starts with a free trial, which requires a card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when it ends and every month after that.
• One free trial per person and per card.
• Cancel anytime on the website, in Settings under Manage Subscription. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@bettoriq.app.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you. The new price starts with your next billing period after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
• Deleting your BettorIQ account cancels a website subscription right away.

Memberships bought through Whop. Whop bills them under its own terms, and you manage them with Whop.

• The Analyst's answers are written by AI (Claude, made by Anthropic). They can be wrong or out of date, so check anything important before you rely on it. Like everything on BettorIQ, they aren't advice.
• Before your first question, the app asks your permission to send your questions to Anthropic. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent.
• Don't include personal or sensitive information in your questions.
• Don't use the Analyst to create harmful or unlawful content or to get around these Terms. We may limit how much it can be used, to keep it available for everyone.

• Squares is a tool for running a football squares grid with people you know.
• We don't collect, hold or pay out money for pools. Any entry price, payout or donation is arranged directly between the organizer and the people in the pool.
• Organizers are responsible for making sure their pool is legal where they and their players live (the rules for pools, raffles and fundraisers vary), and for paying what they promise.
• Names on a grid can be seen by anyone with the pool's link.
• We may remove a pool that breaks these Terms.

What you add to BettorIQ, such as tracked bets, saved screens, pool names and logos, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the Service, for example to show a pool's grid to the people you share it with. Don't add anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to use, such as a logo you aren't allowed to use.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish our projections, grades or data, or use bots to access the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service, or try to get around its security or the limits of your plan;
• open more than one account to get more than one free trial, or share your account;
• harass anyone, or use the Service for anything unlawful or in a way that disrupts it for others.

The Service, including our software, models, projections, grades and text, belongs to us or the companies we license it from. Team names, logos and player images belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and players. While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own, non-commercial use.

BettorIQ links to and works with services we don't control, including sportsbooks, Apple, Google, Discord, Stripe and Whop. Their own terms and policies apply to them, and we aren't responsible for them or for bets you place with a sportsbook.

• Your license to use the iPhone app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms cover your account, your subscription and the rest of the Service. If the two conflict about the app license, the Standard EULA controls.
• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
• Apple isn't responsible for handling any claim about the app, such as a product liability claim, a claim that the app doesn't meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or a consumer protection claim. If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving that claim.
• You confirm that you aren't in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated by the US government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you aren't on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its information is accurate or complete. You make your own betting decisions, at your own risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, BettorIQ and Altiro Solutions LLC aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for any betting losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim about the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

You can stop using BettorIQ at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings, under Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. When an account ends, your right to use the Service ends too; the parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue, such as sections 12 and 13, still apply.

When we change these Terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
